You can Upgrade/Downgrade your hosting package at anytime through the Client Area.

1) Logon to http://webs.bouncemultimedia.com
2) Navigate to 'My Hosting Packages'
3) Select 'View Details' next to the package you wish to make changes to
4) Click 'Upgrade/Downgrade Package' located near the bottom of the page.
